Terms of Service for Fund The Wild

Welcome to Fund The Wild. By accessing or using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing a purchase.

1. General Conditions

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Charitable Mission & Profits

Fund The Wild is a mission-driven shop. 100% of the net profits from every sale are donated to Petri’s Place Wildlife Rehab.

  • Because funds are committed to wildlife care upon the completion of a sale, all transactions are final.

  • We reserve the right to provide periodic updates on donation totals but are not required to provide individual accounting for each transaction to the customer.

3. Product Specifics

  • Journal Mystery Boxes: Customers may select a theme, animal, or color. Beyond the "predetermined items" listed in the product description, all "seller’s choice" items are curated at our discretion. No requests for specific "choice" items or swaps of these items will be honored.

  • Print-on-Demand (POD): Clothing, mugs, and other printed items are manufactured specifically for the customer upon order. It is the customer's responsibility to review size charts and design choices before purchasing.

  • Inventory: We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person or geographic region and may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.

4. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases. We are not responsible for orders that are undeliverable due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

5. Shipping, Insurance, and Risk of Loss

All items purchased from Fund The Wild are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

  • Insurance: Shipping insurance is included in your order.

  • Carrier Claims: In the event of damage during transit, the customer is responsible for filing a claim with the shipping carrier to recoup costs.

6. Defects and the 48-Hour Rule

As outlined in our Refund Policy, any manufacturing defects must be reported to friends@fundthewild.com within 48 hours of the delivery date as marked by the carrier.

  • Reports must include the order number and clear photographic evidence.

  • Reports made after the 48-hour window will not be considered for replacement or refund.

7. Prohibited Uses

In addition to other prohibitions set forth in the Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

Fund The Wild does not guarantee that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free. In no case shall Fund The Wild, our directors, officers, or employees be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of any of our products.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas.

10. Changes to Terms of Service

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes.
