Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At Fund The Wild, we are a mission-driven shop. Because 100% of our profits are donated directly to Petri’s Place Wildlife Rehab, we maintain a strict policy to ensure that every possible cent goes toward wildlife rehabilitation and care.

By completing a purchase with us, you are agreeing to the following terms:

1. All Sales are Final

We do not offer returns or exchanges for any reason. This includes:

  • Journal Mystery Boxes: These are curated items. While you choose the theme and animal, the "seller’s choice" items are part of the mystery experience and cannot be returned or swapped.

  • Print-on-Demand (POD) Items: Products such as clothing and mugs are custom-printed specifically for you at the time of order and are considered customized goods.

  • Toys & Mini Blocks: All physical toys and collectibles are final sale.

2. Damage During Transit

Every order we ship includes insurance. If your package arrives damaged due to handling by the carrier, the customer is responsible for filing a claim directly with the shipping company (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx).

  • We recommend keeping all packaging materials and the damaged item until the shipping company has processed your claim.

3. Manufacturer Defects

We want you to love your gear! If there is a genuine manufacturing defect (e.g., a misprinted design or a structural flaw in a toy), we will work to make it right. However, due to the nature of our donations, we adhere to a strict 48-hour reporting window.

How to report a defect:

  1. Email us: Send an email to info@fundthewild.com within 48 hours of the delivery date (as verified by the carrier’s tracking info).

  2. Include Order Number: Use your order number in the subject line.

  3. Provide Details: Describe the specific defect.

  4. Attach Photos: You must include high-quality photos of the defect from multiple angles.

Please Note: Any claims made after the 48-hour delivery window has passed will not be eligible for a replacement or resolution. No exceptions can be made.

4. Acceptance of Terms

To ensure clarity, a reminder of this policy is located on every product page and a reminder will appear prior to checkout. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these terms.
