Shipping Policy

At Fund The Wild, we strive to get your animal-themed gear to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Because 100% of our profits support wildlife rehabilitation, we utilize shipping methods that balance cost-effectiveness with reliability.

1. Shipping Rates & Destinations

  • Flat Rate Shipping: Standard shipping is applied to all order as it is the most economical. We are a fundraising company and our mission is to financially support wildlife rehabs without adding operating costs. 

  • Domestic Only: We currently only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Carrier Selection

To ensure the maximum donation possible to Petri’s Place Wildlife Rehab, customers cannot select a specific shipping carrier.

  • Print-on-Demand (POD) Items: Our printing partners select the carrier and insurance based on the specific product (clothing, mugs, etc.).

  • In-House Items: For Mystery Journal Boxes, toys, and other collectibles shipped directly from our headquarters, we choose between USPS, UPS, and other major carriers based on cost, delivery speed, and availability.

3. Address Accuracy & Verifiability

It is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is correct and corresponds to a verifiable USPS address.

  • Check Your Address: Please double-check your unit number, zip code, and street name before completing your purchase.

  • Incorrect Addresses: If you realize there is a mistake in your address, contact us immediately at friends@fundthewild.com.

  • The "Point of No Return": We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once the order is placed. Print-on-Demand items enter production and shipping queues immediately and cannot be intercepted.

  • No Refunds for Address Errors: Fund The Wild is not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. No refunds or replacements will be issued for orders lost due to incorrect address entry.

4. Shipping Insurance & Transit Damage

Shipping insurance is included with every order.

  • Carrier Responsibility: Once an item is handed over to the shipping carrier, Fund The Wild is no longer liable for delays or damages caused by the carrier.

  • Filing a Claim: In the event of damage during transit, the customer must file a claim directly with the shipping company to recoup the value of the order.

5. Processing Times

  • In-House Items: These are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.

  • POD Items: Printing times vary by product. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your item is dispatched from the printing facility.
